Building repositioning for the Korean International Trade Association. The goal of this 22 story building was to revive the building and give both the interior and exterioir new life. The work included replacing the building facacde/envelope, a new entry experience, improved elevators, updated common corridors and restrooms, the arrangement of interior and conference spaces, various Class A standardized amenities, retail opportunities, new roofing and updated mechanical and electrical systems. The deliverable was a Concept / Schematic Design package with narratives describing interior and exterior solutions.
